Title: Where Are The Mozarts Of Today? Probably Online...
An Additional Argument To Articles By Kenneth Lampl and Fernando Rivas

"Where Are the Mozarts Of Today? Probably Online..." was inspired by a discussion that was on the Eunonios website involving Kenneth Lampl and Fernando Rivas. Both of their articles were discussing the difficulty of finding the "great" composers of our time. The argument that I put forward is that while there are valid points to both arguments, composers have more chances to put themselves in the discussion of who is and isn't "great" by utilizing technology and the internet to gain exposure. The ability of composers to take advantage of this has made it possible for more composers than ever to have a chance of being called a "great" composer.
